We are seeking a highly articulate, confident, and empathetic Client Relations Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our diverse international client base. Our business operates in real estate and business services, catering to a global audience seeking trusted advisory and investment solutions. Based in our Dubai office, you will play a key role in representing our brand both online and offline, ensuring an exceptional client experience from the first interaction.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to strong communication and relationship management skills, the ideal candidate must be comfortable appearing on camera and acting as an anchor for our company’s digital and promotional content.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities: <\/span><\/span>
\n\u2022 Multilingual Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, communicating fluently and professionally in English, French, and Arabic according to their preference. \u2022 Customer Engagement and Follow-up: Proactively connect with prospects and customers via phone, email, and social channels to provide information, respond to inquiries, and ensure satisfaction. \u2022 Brand Representation: Appear on camera in marketing videos, social media updates, and informative content to represent and promote the company’s services with confidence and professionalism. \u2022 Relationship Management: Manage and maintain all customer correspondence, ensuring each interaction reflects courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency. \u2022 Strategic Customer Development: Build relationships, capture customer interest, and foster long-term loyalty through personalized engagement strategies. \u2022 Record Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback to maintain a transparent and organized customer journey.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Qualifications & Skills: <\/span><\/span>
\n\u2022 Required: Fluency in English (spoken and written) in English, French and Arabic. \u2022 Proven experience in customer relations, customer service or account management. \u2022 Excellent on-camera presence – confident, clear and engaging communicator. \u2022 Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a professional and polished appearance. \u2022 Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and follow-ups simultaneously. \u2022 Strategic thinker with creative ideas to improve client satisfaction and brand image.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
